Shipping
We ship within the continental contiguous 48 States. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska and overseas can be arraigned but will require additional shipping charges. Please email us or call for assistance shipping to these locations. We do not ship to post office boxes or FOB addresses. Our shipping method and calculated charges are based on current shipping rates

All artwork is custom made. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to build your artwork. The delivery time for most orders is 10 to 14 days after you place your order.

Please double check addresses during checkout. We will not be responsible for you not providing correct mailing address information. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and are fully insured for damages. All packages must be inspected when delivered. Express shipping is available for an additional charge.

Returns
Please call (866)465-3774 for any returns. Items purchased from Classic Golf Images, may be returned within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted after 7 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be new and unused, and in resalable condition with all the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping will apply for all return items. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Damaged Merchandise
Contact us immediately in the case of damaged merchandise at 866-465-3774 or via email. Do not return damaged merchandise without contacting us first. Any returns purchased through our network of resellers must be arranged through the reseller you originally purchased from.

Order Forms
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect contact information (email address) to keep in touch with our customers. Contact information is also used for marketing purposes. Customers may opt-out of receiving future mailings or emails. We do not sell our database to anyone outside of our company. You can be sure your personal information will never be used by anyone except our staff.

Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.

Credit Card Orders
Credit card information using “Secure Check Out” is encrypted prior to being sent to 2checkout.com over the Internet, for validation and processing. We have a record of your purchase only with 2checkout.com, we do not have your credit card number.
