Terms & Conditions of Sale
Shipping:
We ship within the continental contiguous 48 States. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska and overseas can be arraigned but will require additional shipping charges. Please email us or call for assistance shipping to these locations.
We do not ship to post office boxes or FOB addresses. Our shipping method and calculated charges are based on DHL 2nd Day Service rates.
All artwork is custom made. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to build your artwork. The delivery time for most orders is 10 to 14 days after you place your order.
If DHL is unable
to deliver any package, or if the package has incorrect or incomplete
address DHL charges a fee of $15.00 for each shipment. That charge
will be passed on to the customer. Please double check addresses
during checkout we will not be responsible for your not providing correct
mailing address information.
Classic Golf Images reserves the right to ship items based on the most
cost effective means possible. Orders of 3 or more prints will be shipped
as freight.
Return Policy
Please call 866-465-3774 for any returns. Items purchased from Classic Golf Images, may be returned within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be new and unused, and in resalable condition with all the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all return items. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Merchandise that is returned and found to be in non-saleable condition, due to damage or use, may be assessed charges, up to 80% of the original purchase price. This assessment, if applied, will be deducted from the amount returned. Any merchandise we are not able to return to a resalable condition will not be issued any credits and will be returned to the buyer.

Returned merchandise may be shipped via DHL ONLY and must be insured for the full amount of the purchase. Lost or damaged returns are not the responsibility of Classic Golf Images, Inc. No refunds will be issued if this occurs.
Classic Golf Images, Inc. reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise if our return policy and procedure are not followed. This right of refusal includes shipping of the merchandise back to the buyer, with shipping costs being charged to the buyer of the original purchase.
Lost or Wrong Orders:
If you have placed an order and have not received it within 21 days time, or the merchandise received is incorrect, please contact us at 866-465-3774 or via email and we will trace your order.
Damaged Merchandise
When a shipment is received please inspect for damage. Contact us immediately in the case of damaged merchandise at 866-465-3774 or via email. Do not return damaged merchandise without contacting us first.
Order Forms
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect contact information (email address), and financial information (credit card numbers) to keep in touch with our customers. Contact information is also used for marketing purposes. Customers may opt-out of receiving future mailings or emails. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the customer for the products they purchase. We do not sell our database to anyone outside of our company. You can be sure your personal information will never be used by anyone except our staff.
Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.
Credit Card Orders
Credit card information using “Secure Check Out” is encrypted prior to being sent to 2checkout.com over the Internet, for validation and processing. We have a record of your purchase only with 2checkout.com, we do not have your credit card number.

Any address or Email information collected by Classic Golf Images, Inc. is kept in strict confidence and not released to any reseller or outside source of any type.
